My name is Miles Deamer and I started Primavera Ventures with one goal: to help companies avoid the trials and tribulations of business growth. I offer consulting services which aim to alleviate friction within your business and increase your growth trajectory through the development and execution of a comprehensive business operations strategy. Such obstacles are present in companies of all sizes and industries. I hope to use my direct experience to unlock the true potential in your company.

~Miles' Background~

Miles is a highly accomplished entrepreneurial leader with a 10+ year track record in designing and implementing business strategies throughout the real estate vertical. Miles has served an array of leadership roles spanning across real estate development, asset-based lending, and asset management firms in the Proptech and Fintech sectors. Miles was a founding member at Sundae Inc., the nation’s largest marketplace for off-market real estate transactions, leading Capital Markets and Secondary Markets. Over his tenure, Miles launched 3 internal funds, negotiated and closed $150MM of debt commitments across 3 banks, and co-led the development of an internal loan originator scaling the underwriting, servicing and loan sales teams.

Prior to joining Sundae, Miles was one of the earliest employees at AlphaFlow, a fintech asset-manager where he led the business development and operational teams. Miles managed a book of 65 originators purchasing and underwriting over $1.4B in bridge loans for retail and institutional clients. Prior to AlphaFlow, Miles was one of the founding employees at LendingHome, the largest bridge loan originator in the US, scaling and managing the processing and underwriting teams who originated $4B of bridge loan volume. From 2011-2014 Miles worked at First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC) reporting to the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) performing detailed analytics on the Bank’s loan portfolio.
